  •  ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  •  2 tbsp sugar
  •  1 tsp vanilla extract
  •  1–2 tbsp strawberry syrup or strawberry puree
  •  Pink food coloring (optional, for a brighter pastel pink)
  •  Whipped cream for topping
  •  Snowflake-shaped marshmallows or mini marshmallows
  •  Edible shimmer dust (white, pearl, or silver)

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk, heavy cream, and sugar until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add the white chocolate chips and whisk until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and strawberry syrup to give the cocoa a soft strawberry-vanilla flavor and natural pink tint.
  4. Add a drop or two of pink food coloring if you want a more vivid pastel shade.
  5. Pour the cocoa into a mug or clear cup to show the pink color.
  6. Top with whipped cream and snowflake marshmallows.
  7. Finish with a dusting of edible shimmer dust for a magical snowy glow.
