  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: whipped cream or chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until sandy and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake 8 minutes.
  2. Heat heavy cream on low until steaming. Remove from heat and whisk in chocolate chips until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Let cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs quickly so they don’t scramble.
  4. Pour chocolate filling into the crust.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
  6. Cool fully, then chill at least 2 hours for the perfect velvety texture.
  7. Top with whipped cream or chocolate curls for extra decadence.
