- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until sandy and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake 8 minutes.
- Heat heavy cream on low until steaming. Remove from heat and whisk in chocolate chips until smooth and glossy.
- Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Let cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs quickly so they don’t scramble.
- Pour chocolate filling into the crust.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
- Cool fully, then chill at least 2 hours for the perfect velvety texture.
- Top with whipped cream or chocolate curls for extra decadence.
