- – 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- – 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- – 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- – 1 cup powdered sugar
- – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- – 2 cups whipped topping
- – 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
- – 2 cups milk
- – 1 package (12 oz) vanilla wafers
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the instant cheesecake pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
4. Layer half of the vanilla wafers at the bottom of a trifle dish or a large bowl.
5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the wafers, followed by half of the banana slices and half of the strawberries.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining wafers, cream cheese mixture, bananas, and strawberries.
7. Top with any remaining whipped topping and garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
