- Cheesecake Filling:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup diced strawberries
French Toast:
4 thick slices brioche or challah
2 large eggs
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Butter for cooking
Optional toppings: fresh strawberries, powdered sugar, syrup
Instructions
1. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and diced strawberries until smooth.
2. Spread the filling onto two slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
4. Heat a bit of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
6. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
7. Slice and top with strawberries, powdered sugar, or syrup.
