For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Dark Chocolate Mousse Layer:

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Milk Chocolate Mousse Layer:

  • 8 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

For the White Chocolate Mousse Layer:

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • For Decoration:
  • Chocolate curls
  • Cocoa powder
  • Mini truffles or chocolate pieces

Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then cool completely
  2. Prepare the Dark Chocolate Mousse:
  3. Melt dark chocolate and let cool slightly. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in melted chocolate, then fold in whipped cream. Spread over cooled crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Milk Chocolate Mousse:

  1. Repeat the same process using milk chocolate. Spread the layer gently over the dark chocolate mousse. Chill for another 30 minutes.

Prepare the White Chocolate Mousse:

  1. Melt white chocolate and whip the cream. Combine with cream cheese mixture and fold until smooth. Spread over the milk chocolate layer. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Decorate:

  1. Top with chocolate curls, dust with cocoa powder, and garnish with truffles or chocolate chips for an elegant finish.
