Ingredients
* 2 (21 oz) cans strawberry pie filling
* 1 (8 oz) tub whipped cream cheese, softened
* 1 (15.25 oz) box yellow, vanilla, or butter cake mix
* ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to **350°F (175°C)**. Lightly grease a **9×13-inch** baking dish.
2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
3. Drop spoonfuls of the whipped cream cheese over the strawberry filling. Gently swirl it with a butter knife for a marbled effect.
4. In a medium bowl, combine the dry cake mix with the melted butter until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
5. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the strawberry and cream cheese layers.
6. Bake for **35–45 minutes**, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
7. Let the cake cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.
8. Before serving, spread the whipped topping evenly over the cake. Slice and serve cold.
