16 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 cups cold milk
1 box (5 oz) instant banana pudding mix
1 box (5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff
2 packages (7 oz each) ladyfingers
4 ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
Crushed vanilla wafers (for garnish)


Instructions

Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy (2 minutes)
Add sweetened condensed milk and cold milk, mixing until combined
Sprinkle in banana and vanilla pudding mixes with vanilla extract. Beat until thickened (3-4 minutes)
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold half the whipped cream into the pudding mixture
Pour cooled coffee into a shallow dish
Dip ladyfingers into coffee (1-2 seconds) and arrange in a 9×13-inch baking dish
Spread 1/3 of the pudding mixture over the ladyfingers
Add half the banana slices
Repeat layers (ladyfingers, pudding, bananas), finishing with a top layer of ladyfingers
Top with remaining whipped cream and crushed vanilla wafers
Chill for 6 hours or overnight before serving
