Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated cheddar cheese, bourbon, BBQ sauce, bacon, diced onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. While the meatballs are baking, slice the hoagie rolls in half and toast them in the oven. Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and place them on the toasted hoagie rolls. Top each sub with shredded cheddar cheese and return to the oven until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
