Description
A no-bake dessert with layers of chocolate cake, whipped cream, caramel, and crushed cookies. Decadent, creamy, and perfect for luxury bites without melting!
Ingredients
250g chocolate sponge cake or brownies
2–3 tablespoons milk (optional)
400ml whipping cream
200g cream cheese
100g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150g caramel sauce
100g melted chocolate
150g crushed cookies (Lotus, Digestive, or Maria)
Chocolate chips or candy for decoration
Instructions
Prepare the cream: Beat cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently.
Assemble the base: Press crumbled chocolate cake/brownies into a lined container. Optional: moisten with milk.
First layer: Spread half the cream mixture, then half the caramel sauce.
Second layer: Repeat with remaining cream and caramel.
Top layer: Spread melted chocolate over the surface.
Add toppings: Sprinkle crushed cookies and chocolate chips. Chill for 4-6 hours before slicing.
Notes
Use cold whipping cream for stability
Let cream cheese soften slightly for easier mixing
Drizzle caramel in zigzag patterns for presentation
Substitute icing sugar with coconut sugar or maple syrup (see article)
To slice cleanly, use a warm knife
