2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons chocolate crumbs
1 small mint leaf


Instructions

Mix chocolate crumbs, melted butter, and honey until resembling damp sand. Press into a greased 9-inch glass casserole dish, smoothing the base.
Beat cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently to maintain fluffiness.
Spoon the cream layer over the base, spreading evenly for a clean finish.
Heat heavy cream until nearly boiling. Pour over chocolate chips, let sit for 1 minute, then stir in maple syrup until glossy.
Let chocolate ganache rest 3-5 minutes to thicken slightly.
