Description
A rich, velvety dessert combining smooth vanilla-infused white cream, silky chocolate ganache, and crunchy stuffed cookies. Perfect for gatherings or indulgent treats.
Ingredients
1 can (395 g) condensed milk
500 ml milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200 g milk or semi-sweet chocolate
200 ml whipping cream
1 large pack of chocolate stuffed cookies
Grated chocolate or cocoa powder for decoration
Instructions
In a pot, mix condensed milk with cornstarch dissolved in milk. Add egg yolks and mix well. Cook on medium heat until thickened, then stir in vanilla. Let cool slightly.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Mix with whipped cream until smooth.
Pour chocolate ganache over the white cream. Place cookies on top and press slightly. Decorate with grated chocolate/cocoa. Chill for 3-4 hours.
Notes
Stir white cream constantly to avoid lumps. Use high-quality chocolate for best texture. Chill thoroughly to set layers. Toast cookies lightly for extra crunch. Garnish with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
