Description
A no-bake layer cake blending sweetened whipped cream, cream cheese mousse, milk-dipped Oreos, and rainbow sprinkles. Perfect for celebrations without oven time.
Ingredients
2 packages birthday cake Oreos, regular or Double Stuf
2/3 cup milk
1¾ cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
¾ cup dry white cake mix (just the powder)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup rainbow sprinkles
Optional whipped cream and sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
Lightly grease a 9″ springform pan
Whip heavy cream with confectioners’ sugar and cake mix until stiff peaks form, 4-5 minutes. Fold in sprinkles
Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth
Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until uniform
Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture in the pan
Dip 2 Oreo halves in 1 tbsp milk, place in pan to form full layer
Repeat layers twice more, finishing with a top layer of birthday cake mousse
Chill 4-6 hours (or overnight) to set
Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth texture
Milk-dip Oreos for easier stacking
Store in airtight container for up to 24 hours
