Ingredients
1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 Biscoff cookies, crushed
1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Biscoff spread. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into Biscoff mixture until fully incorporated.
In a 9×9 inch baking dish, layer half the crushed cookies on the bottom.
Spread half the Biscoff cream mixture over cookies.
Repeat layers with remaining cookies and cream mixture.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled.
Notes
For extra crunch, lightly toast crushed cookies before layering.
Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
Chill mixing bowl and beaters before whipping cream.
Dip knife in hot water for clean slices.
Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving for best texture.
Storage: Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Not recommended for freezing.
Variations: Use reduced-fat cream cheese and whipped topping for a lighter version. Add banana layers or use caramel drizzle instead of chocolate.
Make individual servings in small jars for presentation.
