No-Bake Chocolate Cream Layered Dessert

Ingredients

ase:
• 1½ cups crushed Maria or digestive cookies (150 g)
• ¼ cup melted butter (60 g)
White Layer:
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold (250 ml)
• 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened (100 g)
• ¼ cup granulated sugar (50 g)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer:
• 7 oz milk or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (200 g)
• ¾ cup heavy whipping cream (200 ml)
Decoration:
• Chocolate chips or chocolate curls

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies and melted butter until evenly moistened.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a small baking dish or glass container.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set.
For the white layer, whip the cold heavy cream until thick and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Spread the white layer evenly over the chilled cookie base.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the chocolate layer, heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.
Stir until smooth, glossy, and completely melted.
Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly, then pour it over the white layer.
Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
Finish with chocolate chips or chocolate curls before serving.
