Ingredients

  • 11 oz Nilla wafers
  • 2 packs Biscoff cookies 8.8 oz each
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 8 oz Lotus Biscoff creamy cookie butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3.4 oz banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • cup powdered sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

Prepare the Pudding Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  • Add both pudding mixes (vanilla and banana cream) and milk. Whisk well until fully incorporated.
  • Let the mixture set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to thicken.

Whip the Cream

  • In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined.

Assemble the Layers

  • In a large trifle dish or deep baking pan, start with a layer of pudding mix.
  • Add a layer of Biscoff cookies, followed by Nilla wafers.
  • Top with sliced bananas and a drizzle of Biscoff cookie butter.
  • Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the dish.

Garnish and Chill

  • For the final layer, sprinkle crushed Nilla wafers and Biscoff cookies.
  • Add whole Biscoff cookies for presentation.
  • Drizzle extra cookie butter on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let flavors meld.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free vanilla wafers and Biscoff-style cookies.
- If banana cream pudding isn’t available, substitute with a second vanilla pudding mix and add a teaspoon of banana extract.
- Ensure cream cheese is softened for smoother blending.
- For a lighter option, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream, but the texture may be slightly less fluffy.
