Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener such as allulose or erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Place the softened cream cheese, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder in a medium mixing bowl. Beat them together until the mixture is smooth and no cream cheese lumps remain.
  • Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream. Beat on medium speed, then increase to high. Whip until the mixture turns light, fluffy, and thick enough to hold soft peaks.
  • Gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips with a spatula. Use a light hand to keep the fluff airy.
  • Spoon the fluff into small serving bowls or ramekins. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not rush the softening step. Cold cream cheese creates lumps. Also avoid overwhipping the heavy cream once the mixture thickens, or it may become grainy.
