Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate crumbs
  • 1 small mint leaf

Instructions

  • Mix chocolate crumbs, melted butter, and honey until resembling damp sand. Press into a greased 9-inch glass casserole dish, smoothing the base.
  • Beat cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently to maintain fluffiness.
  • Spoon the cream layer over the base, spreading evenly for a clean finish.
  • Heat heavy cream until nearly boiling. Pour over chocolate chips, let sit for 1 minute, then stir in maple syrup until glossy.
  • Let chocolate ganache rest 3-5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Pour ganache over the cream layer, spreading into a smooth, shiny top.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate crumbs and place a mint leaf at the center.
  • Chill for 4+ hours until fully set and sliceable.
