Hot Fudge Sundae Brownie Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

- For the Brownie Layer:

  • - 1 box brownie mix + required ingredients
  • or homemade brownie batter

- For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • - 2 8 oz cream cheese blocks, softened
  • - ½ cup sugar
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Toppings:

  • - Hot fudge sauce
  • - Whipped cream
  • - Cherries
  • - Chopped nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a springform pan with parchment.
  • 2. Prepare brownie batter & spread evenly in the pan. Bake for 15 mins (until slightly set).
  • 3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the brownie layer.
  • 4. Bake for 35-40 mins until the cheesecake is set (center should slightly jiggle).
  • 5. Cool, then refrigerate for 4+ hours.
  • 6. Drizzle with hot fudge, add whipped cream, cherries, and nuts before serving.
