Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings optional

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Biscoff spread. Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold whipped cream into Biscoff mixture until fully incorporated.
  • In a 9x9 inch baking dish, layer half the crushed cookies on the bottom.
  • Spread half the Biscoff cream mixture over cookies.
  • Repeat layers with remaining cookies and cream mixture.
  • Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

For extra crunch, lightly toast crushed cookies before layering.
Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
Chill mixing bowl and beaters before whipping cream.
Dip knife in hot water for clean slices.
Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving for best texture.
