Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 2 cups chocolate biscuits or cookies, crushed Use gluten-free biscuits for a gluten-free version.
  • ½ cup melted butter Substitute coconut oil for butter for a dairy-free option.

For the Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and smooth texture.
  • ½ cup heavy cream

For the Cream Layer

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping

  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce
  • ½ cup crushed biscuits or cookie crumbs
  • Chocolate chunks or chocolate bar pieces

Instructions
 

Prepare the base

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a glass baking dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Make the chocolate layer

  • Heat the heavy cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled base. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.

Whip the cream layer

  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy. Spoon over the chocolate layer and smooth the top.

Add toppings

  • Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce over the cream layer. Sprinkle crushed biscuits and chocolate chunks on top.

Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or overnight for best results.

Serve

  • Slice and enjoy cold.
