  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip thawed
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then beat until fully combined.
  • Gently fold the Cool Whip into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy. Avoid overmixing to maintain airiness.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spoon half of the peanut butter filling into the prepared chocolate cookie crust.
  • Drizzle half of the melted chocolate over the filling and gently swirl with a knife.
  • Repeat with the remaining filling and chocolate, creating a marbled swirl effect.
