Ingredients

  • 1 11-ounce box vanilla wafers or substitute graham crackers for a slightly different texture
  • 2 3.4-ounce boxes milk chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk whole milk works best, but 2% is a fine substitute
  • 1 16-ounce container Cool Whip thawed
  • 2 cups Twix bars chopped (reserve half for topping)
  • 2 16-ounce containers milk chocolate frosting
  • cup caramel topping

Instructions

  • Chop the Twix bars into bite-sized pieces. Reserve 1 cup for the topping and set aside the remaining 1 cup for layering.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mixes and milk according to package directions. Let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine the prepared pudding with the thawed Cool Whip. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Arrange a single layer of vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish, breaking some to fill any gaps.
  • Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the first wafer layer.
  • Add a second layer of vanilla wafers over the pudding, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of the chopped Twix pieces over the second pudding layer.
  • Place a final layer of vanilla wafers on top.
  • Microwave the chocolate frosting containers (without lids) for about 45 seconds each until pourable. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the melted frosting over the top of the cake, spreading evenly to coat it completely.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of chopped Twix over the frosting layer.
  • Drizzle caramel topping across the entire No-Bake Twix Cake.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours, or chill overnight for optimal texture and flavor.
  • Slice into squares and serve chilled for the best experience.
