Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the cheesecake batter into the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
