1. Make the Marinade:
In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using).
2. Marinate the Steak:
Add the steak strips to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
3. Preheat Air Fryer:
Set the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
4. Cook the Steak:
Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
Arrange the marinated steak strips in a single layer in the basket — cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
5. Rest & Serve:
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve warm — perfect with rice, noodles, or roasted veggies.
