Ingredients
– For the Brownie Layer:
– 1 box brownie mix + required ingredients
(or homemade brownie batter)
– For the Cheesecake Layer:
– 2 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks, softened
– ½ cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Toppings:
– Hot fudge sauce
– Whipped cream
– Cherries
– Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a springform pan with parchment.
2. Prepare brownie batter & spread evenly in the pan. Bake for 15 mins (until slightly set).
3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the brownie layer.
4. Bake for 35-40 mins until the cheesecake is set (center should slightly jiggle).
5. Cool, then refrigerate for 4+ hours.
6. Drizzle with hot fudge, add whipped cream, cherries, and nuts before serving.
