Ingredients

For the Brownie Layer: 1 (9×13 inch) pan brownies, baked and cooled (crumbled into bite-sized chunks)
For the Chocolate Pudding Layer: 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix, 2 cups cold milk, ½ cup chocolate syrup (optional)
For the Peanut Butter Cream Layer: 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 8 oz cream cheese (softened), 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (divided)
Mix-Ins: 1 ½ cups Reese’s peanut butter cups (chopped), 1 cup peanut butter cookies or chocolate chip cookies (chopped)
For the Topping: Remaining whipped topping, extra Reese’s peanut butter cup chunks, cookie crumbles, caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Chocolate Pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Stir in syrup if using. Let rest 3-5 minutes.
Make the Peanut Butter Cream Layer: Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Gently fold in half the whipped topping.
Prepare the Brownies and Mix-Ins: Crumble cooled brownies into chunks. Chop Reese’s cups and cookies into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the Trifle: Layer brownie chunks in a glass bowl. Add pudding, then spread peanut butter cream. Sprinkle chopped Reese’s and cookies. Repeat layers until full.
Add the Final Topping: Spread remaining whipped topping, top with Reese’s chunks, cookie crumbles, and caramel drizzle.

Notes

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Store leftover trifle in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
