Something wrong with your e-book?
If your download link doesn’t work, the file won’t open, or you didn’t receive your e-book, email us within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll send you a working copy or give you a full refund.
Change of mind
Because you get instant access to the full e-book after payment, we can’t offer refunds once the file has been downloaded, except where the law gives you a right to one.
Customers in the EU and UK
You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right ends when the download starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal at checkout.
How to ask for help or a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
